Champagne House Charles Heidsieck announces the birth of the 7th Cuvée for its Blanc des Millénaires on the 2007 vintage, embodied in a bottle now in harmony with the rest of the range.
Each Cuvée des Millénaires is made from the finest chardonnays Blanc des Millénaires since its creation.
Five of the Côte des Blancs ' Grand Cru villages characterize it, with Oger for its structure and generosity, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger for its minerality, Avize for its smoothness, the village of Cramant for its complexity and finally Vertus for its radiance and floral notes.
These great champagne wines age on lees in their so-called "millenial" chalk pits, hence the name, and develop their own character.
The 7th edition is radically different from recent years, as each one develops its own identity.
In the meantime, I'd like to offer you a few more bottles of Blanc des Millénaires 2006 from the Charles Heidsieck champagne house...
See you soon for the Cuvée Blanc des Millénaires 2007 on Grande Cuvée!!!
