CHAMPAGNE TSARINE
L'histoire de la Maison de champagne Chanoine Frères remonte au XVIIIe siècle, où elle devient pionnière en creusant des cellars à Épernay in 1730 et en vendant du champagne in bottles. In 1787, pour célébrer son succès mondial, elle crée la Maison de Tsarine champagne en hommage aux jeunes femmes de la noblesse russe.

The champagnes Tsarine connaissent une croissance continue de ses ventes. Comme toutes les Maisons de champagne, Tsarina effectue une harvest manuelle des raisins (chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier) qui sont délicatement transportés aux pressoirs. La vinification, dirigée par Franck Coste et Isabelle Tellier, mêle fermentation alcoolique, fermentation malolactique, et un assemblage de 75% de vins de l'année et 25% de reserve wines.Le processus d'effervescence commence lors de la mise en bottle avec l'ajout de sucre et de levure. Après une période de repos pour éliminer les dépôts, les bottles vieillissent en caves pendant 18 à 48 mois. Le processus se termine par le dosage, le bouchage, l'étiquetage, et la dégustation lors de moments conviviaux.
