Rosé in Champagne
Rosé champagne is a blended wine which is obtained by blending musts of white grapes and black grapesto which a small proportion of red wine is added. This is a specific Champenoise this is the only French wine that can be produced using this technique.The champagnes

In ChampagneThere are only two recognized AOC production methods: The Rosé blendmade with white wine (chardonnay for example) and red wine made by maceration. Although the proportion varies, white wine is always in the majority with this method. Rosé de saignéeobtained from a harvest The juice is racked into vats in the same way as maceration rosé, but this time to produce red wine. After hours of maceration, a portion of the juice is released, having taken on a pinkish hue. This proportion is known as the "bleeding". This juice is then vinified separately from the rest of the initial vat, which is used to produce red wine. This method of Champagnes rosés is by far the most delicate, due to the variation in maceration time from one year to the next, but it's also the one from which the greatest rosés emerge.
