The Brut Rosé with case from the Deutz house is a champagne blended made from 90% Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, and 10% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs. The wine's distinctive style and color are achieved by the addition of red wine from a parcel of old vines on the Côte d'Aÿ and a parcel known as "Meurtet", both of which benefit from excellent exposure. After 5 years of ageing, the aromas are perfectly blended, and Deutz Brut Rosé without case presents a nose of great subtlety and a palate of remarkable power.
To the eye, an astonishingly luminous, shimmering pink color, with dense, lively effervescence.
The nose is highly expressive, revealing all the power of Pinot Noir harvested at full maturity. Aromas of red berries and berries in brandy, with a touch of brioche and a few mineral notes.
On the palate, a full, voluptuous and harmonious cuvée, where power carries a fruity register.
Deutz Brut Rosé with case is a wine that goes well with fish in sauce, smoked meats and white meats.
