The Cuvée Rosé Millésime 2015 with case from the Deutz Champagne House is a champagne made from 82% pinot noir grapes. pinot noir from the terroirs of Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Mareuil, Cumières and Tauxières, and 18% Chardonnay from the soils of Avize and Villeneuve-Renneville-Chevigny. To this, I add 5% of the red wine that Maison Deutz produces itself from two parcels in the Marne Valley(Aÿ and Mareuil/Aÿ).
To the eye, a pink-gold color with copper highlights and fine bubbles.
On the nose, an airy, elegant wine with notes of red berries.
On the palate, minerality and fresh fruit notes such as vine peach.
