Laurent-Perrier' s Cuvée Rosé with box was born in 1968 from boldness and unique know-how. With the quest for perfection at every stage of production, the Cuvée is renowned for its consistency and high quality. Brut Rosé 100% pinot noir is our most emblematic cuvée. It is one of the very few rosé champagnes made using the saignée technique , i.e. letting the grapes naturally give the champagne its color and aromas. It's a delicate operation that demands precision and patience.
To the eye, a sparkling robe with salmon hues.
On the nose, a fresh champagne with aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and raspberry.
On the palate, a fruity, lively and slightly acidic cuvée that offers itself to the tasting. The notes of small red fruits are very present and very greedy.
The Cuvée Rosé with boxed set from Laurent-Perrier is rich in aromas which allows it to accompany marinated raw fish, grilled prawns, exotic cuisines, Parma ham and desserts. The most daring will marry it with Asian or Indian cuisine.
