This champagne is the result of a viticulture focused on plant balance. They use natural weeding alternating with ploughing, so that the soil fully reveals its terroir. The vines from which this blend is made are certified organic andhave been chemical-free since 2012. On the contrary, they apply treatments based on minerals, plant extracts andessential oils with therapeutic virtues to promote their natural defenses and offer you a beautiful , delicious and concentrated grape.
To the eye, a light yellow color with green highlights and fine, abundant bubbles.
A lovely nose evoking the subtlety of white flowers. It imbues the Chardonnay with elegance, with buttery, brioche notes indicative of good maturity.
The palate harmonizes the power of Pinot Noir with the delicacy of Chardonnay. This is a mature, full-bodied, balanced, fruity champagne with a fresh, lemony finish. With ageing, a more pronounced toasted and brioche character will surprise you.
Maison Lucie Cheurlin's Brut Sébastien Cheurlin BIO without case is recommended as an aperitif, but also with shellfish, a sushi platter or simply with friends.
