Côte des Bar terroir(see map and explanations), clay-limestone soil and Kimmeridgian subsoil. Pinot noir from the south-facing Champ du Clos parcel in Landreville. This Champagne comes from a viticulture focused on plant balance. They use natural weeding alternating with ploughing, so that the soil fully reveals its terroir. This vineyard has been chemical-free since 2011. On the contrary, they apply treatments based on minerals,plant extracts andessential oils with therapeutic virtues to promote their natural defenses and offer you a beautiful, delicious and concentrated grape.
To the eye, an intensely luminous coral color and a swirl of fine bubbles.
The nose is a festival of red fruits, with strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant. This Brut Rosé Pluie d'été takes us on a sunny morning to the heart of a garden of delicate, candied fruit. The greedy nose reflects a beautiful maturity.
