The Cuvée Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2006 with box from the Maison Perrier-Jouët is a 100% chardonnay champagne. Chardonnay from a single terroir with two renowned parcels(Bouron Leroi and Bouron) located in the heart of the Côte Des Blancs in Cramant (owned by Maison Perrier-Jouët since the early 19th century). This Cuvée is the purest and most accomplished of the House's styles, the fruit of a year rich in contrasts. After a cold winter and a spring marked by numerous frosts, temperatures rose again in May and early June. Cooler weather returned at the end of June, extending flowering by almost two weeks. July was dry and fairly warm, but temperatures dropped again in August. It will return in September, allowing the grapes to reach a perfect balance between sugar and acidity for the harvest. The harvest The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, and the wine is aged for 8 years in our cellars.

On the nose, aromas of lilac blossom and white fruit with notes of candied orange and vanilla.
On the palate, a racy, seductive wine with a lovely freshness, delicate and dynamic, revealing a beautiful length.
