The House of Champagnes Voirin-Desmoulinsfounded in 1960 par Bernard Voirin et Nicole Desmoulins, est une entreprise familiale située à Chouillyin the Côte des Blancs, spécialisée dans la production de champagne based chardonnay. Le domaine, en activité depuis 70 ans, témoigne de la passion des propriétaires, transmise à Pascale et ses frères en 1997.

Le terroir à Chouillyclassified Grand Cru, offre un sol crayeux et un ensoleillement optimal pour des champagnes aux arômes légers, délicats, et une expression minérale. Pascale exploite un vignoble de 9 hectares, cultivant Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier sur plusieurs communes.The grapes, cueillis rapidement, subissent un pressurage préservant la finesse du moût. Après un repos hivernal, le processus de vinification se poursuit en bottle avec la prise de mousse, le vieillissement sur lies (minimum 15 mois), le remuage, et le dégorgement. Le dosage final, ajoutant une liqueur de sucre et de reserve wine, est la touche secrète de chaque winemaker. Cette bouteille de champagne, fruit d'un travail méticuleux, sera présentée sous son meilleur jour, prête à être dégustée. Vive la Champagne !
