Personal data
As part of the operation of the Grande-Cuvee.fr site, we are required to store information necessary for our commercial relationship with you. No other information will be stored if you provide it.

In order to comply with your request, we therefore need: first and last name, title, date of birth, full postal address with number, street, town, zip code, country, landline and/or mobile telephone number(s), reviews of our site, completed basket(s), quotation(s) received and order(s) placed, telephone exchange(s), chat(s) and e-mail(s), all information useful for placing an order. Some of this information is used to combat money laundering and fraud, and some to help us advise you on your choices.

Grande-Cuvee.fr stores this data on servers purchased or leased by the company and certain partners (such as Mailet). These servers are hosted by our hosting partner, OVH (Roubais - France). No data is stored outside the European Union.

Quotations, orders, shipping details and invoices are kept for 10 years (Article L. 123-22 paragraph 2 of the French Commercial Code). This data is not sold to any other service provider.

Mailjet is a subcontractor for sending newsletters to people who have agreed to receive them. Emails sent contain an unsubscribe link and a list of subscribers to Grande-Cuvee.fr.

Minors
By virtue of Ordinance no. 59-107 of January 7, 1959 and Law no. 74-631 of July 5, 1974, the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited. Anyone ordering wine from the Grand-Cuvee.fr site must therefore be at least 18 years old on the date of the order.
