The company enjoyed a golden age in the 1920 with production close to 1 million bottles. The expansion of Ayala Champagne House in England was conducted by FernandEdmond's younger brother. Ayala has been characterized by a visionary spirit and a taste for going the extra mile.

In 2005the Maison Bollinger took her under his wing, leading to the construction of a new winery in 2007 and successful international expansion.
