Perrier-Jouët, une Maison de Champagne fondée au début du 18e siècle, a connu une histoire riche et diversifiée. En 1811, elle possède 65 hectares de vines and five Grands Crus, établissant sa renommée à Épernay. Sous la direction de Charles Perrier à partir de 1854the House of champagne devient le fournisseur privilégié de la cour anglaise et de la reine Victoria. Au fil des années, l'héritage de Perrier-Jouët a évolué tout en mettant l'accent sur la qualité des ingrédients, notamment le Chardonnay, donnant ainsi à ses wines un style distinctif.

The House of champagne Perrier-Jouët a acquis deux vignobles légendaires au cours du 20e siècle, Les Bourrons Leroy et Les Bourrons du Midi, qui contribuent à tous les assemblies en apportant longueur et équilibre. Les vignobles situés sur des pentes orientées au sud et au sud-est, à mi-altitude, permettent d'optimiser la maturité du Chardonnay, offrant des arômes généreux de fleurs blanches dans le champagne. Les parcelles de la Côte des Blancsparticularly in Grands Crus from Cramant andAvize, complètent la diversité des terroirs.En 1959, Perrier-Jouët est acquis par Champagne G.H. Mumm, marquant un tournant décisif avec la création de la Cuvée prestigiousBelle Epoque" in 1964. Ce lancement, associé à la redécouverte de la bottle designed by Émile Gallé, a renforcé la réputation de la Maison de champagne. La priorité de Perrier-Jouët reste la qualité, avec une attention particulière aux grapes from Pinot Meunier du premier cru de Dizy, ajoutant générosité et fruité aux assemblages. Les cépages Pinot Noir et Meunier fournissent une solide colonne vertébrale aux Chardonnays of the Côte des Blancs, sans les dominer.
