JEAN DE LA FONTAINE
Since the first cellars worked by their grandfather Albert Baron in 1946the 3 granddaughters have taken over the winery and turned it into a legend, or rather a fable! Claire, Lise and Aline carry on the tradition champenoise by moving towards the environmental principles they hold dear. They are certified High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture for their work, an advance that costs them money but which they see every day as a benefit to the planet, and they're proud of it.The champagnes

It goes without saying that these 3 women of the estate bring their feminine touch not only to the elaboration of the cuvées but also to their naming, which is quite well thought-out and original. Bravo to the Trio!Follow the news
